Management Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll focus on providing partial assistance to key executive leaders.  You’ll report directly to the Head of Global Operations and work closely with the team of assistants to enable the greatest efficiency of our leadership team.

Welcome to Global Operations
You’ll be part of the Assistants team in Global Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will make sure that the day-to-day activities run smoothly for the leadership team. Moreover, you’ll also ensure that all the yearly processes are handled. As a team, we strive to foster an open working environment, where everybody has a say in conversations and decisions. We believe in being honest, caring, curious and perseverant.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing calendars, travels, and expenses
  • ensuring office management and internal communication
  • onboarding new employees
  • providing administrative support to management and employees in Global Operations
  • planning events.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience from a similar role in a global company
  • have excellent English and Danish communication skills
  • thrive working in a fast-paced environment, where the ability to prioritise is key
  • are able to work independently and take responsibility for your own actions and assignments
  • contribute to initiatives and projects and follow up on action points.
