Welcome to The Construction Data & Analytics
You’ll be part of the Telemetry team for the construction phase of Ørsted Wind Farms where you, together with your colleagues, will be working together to support stakeholders with cutting edge digital technology and relevant, timely, and actionable insights to inspire new ways of data-driven decision making. The analysis we provide assists in identifying where in the construction phase is room for improvement, both during and after the completion of the wind farm. The insights we deliver to the projects aid both the concrete understanding of why progress is as observed and the commercial aspects of the construction of a wind farm.
You’ll play an important role in:
working closely together with internal and external consultants and key resources on the business side
collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
getting feedback from, and build solutions for users and customers
writing functional requirement documents and guides to create and maintain software solutions for both internal users and external customers and vendors
daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint planning ceremonies with colleagues, as well as ensuring optimisation of the agile development process.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional experience developing applications in Python
advocate clean coding principles and development best practices (SOLID, DRY) and have a very good understanding of Object Oriented Programming in Python
have experience with web frameworks in Python (e.g., Flask, Django)
preferably have experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
