People Data Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of global people master data setup, including payroll and time management. You’ll be working with an international organisation in close cooperation with stakeholders and our service delivery teams and will be closely involved in securing the globalisation of people services in Ørsted Business Services (ØBS).

Welcome to Global People Services
You’ll be part of the GPS Quality and Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues spread across Denmark, the UK, and Poland, will support the development and daily operation within the global people services area. The department creates and develops the foundation for our global organisation to successfully support its growth strategy. We focus on digital solutions and international standards to deliver the highest possible quality.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing SAP BI people/HR data reports
  • performing people and HR data reporting
  • managing people data access and authorisation administration
  • monitoring data quality controls and validation
  • overseeing the administration of external consultants, incl. hire, rehire, etc.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are service-minded
  • are structured and data-driven
  • have good English skills
  • thrive managing routine tasks
  • always deliver on quality in your work
  • have experience in dealing with HR infotypes and Business Warehouse particulars relating to HR – this is not mandatory, but a huge plus.
