Agile Coach with strong experience from agile transformation work

Welcome to ERP Applications & Agile Competency Centre
You’ll be part of the global Agile Competency Centre of coaches and scrum masters, who support various agile release trains (ARTs) and IT value streams across the company. The Agile Competency Centre also works closely with the overall Agile Delivery organisation, consisting of Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, DevOps, Organisational Change Management, and Design Thinking. As Agile Coach, you’ll be allocated to the ERP Applications Product Line and will support them in launching agile ways of working with a product-oriented mindset.
You’ll play an important role in:
coaching and mentoring teams and the ART leadership in SAFe methodologies and lean-agile leadership
based on the scaled agile framework, continuously improving and adjusting the operating model supporting agile ways of working, together with the rest of the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence
ensuring that agile ways of working are easily digested and spread out to the rest of the organisation – and applying your solid understanding of the change management aspect of the process
supporting scrum masters, product owners, and agile teams in meeting the business requirements, developing MVPs, and measuring KPIs – helping them achieve value
conducting SAFe and agile training sessions, building a strong practice around agile
supporting the use of Azure DevOps, the tool we’re using to manage backlogs, and creating dashboards for teams and the ART leadership, etc.
To succeed in the role, you:
have experience working with agile transformations and building an agile operating model
have moderate experience as an agile coach, release train engineer, scrum master, lean specialist, or similar and hold a relevant SAFe certification, preferably SPC
have a true lean-agile mindset and understanding of lean portfolio management
are a strong facilitator and professional in leading processes and workshops with an open mind while challenging assumptions and building trust
can vary your personal style and switch between different roles such as coach, advisor, servant leader, and supporter responding to your audience
are a positive people person with excellent communication and collaboration skills, have a flair for diplomacy, are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and thrive on executing your tasks.
